What kind of "First Night of Track" would it be if we didn't throw in a good 4x400 relay?
It definitely took me by surprise, but I tell ya what. I FEEL GREAT!! So great, that I squeezed in a little retail therapy on the way home from Kezar. Grocery shopping? Retail therapy? Same thing. :o)
