Tomorrow will officially mark the beginning of the San Francisco Marathon 18-Week Training Program. Workouts and distances will get harder and more intense. All I have to say to that is BRING IT ON! I'm ready for it.
About on a month ago, I was on the fence about changing from the half marathon to the full. I've made my decision. I'm sticking with the half this year. I want to beat my original times first before tackling the full marathon. If I achieve that in July, you'll definitely see me in the full marathon next year.
